We want to make it easier for you so we have restructured the way we offer our coaching.
Here are the 3 very easy options you can use if you would like your life questions answered or would simply like a little help with resolving issues in your life.
Option 1: A one hour one-on-one coaching session.
You send an email to info@ignitepotentials.com with the current issues in your life so we don’t have to waste any of your one hour session on updating us on what is going on in your life and where you are either struggling or where you would like to improve your life.
We make an appointment to connect by phone or on skype for one hour.
Option 2: A half hour one-on-one coaching session.
The same as above only the coaching session is one half hour.
Option 3: Email your question to info@Ignitepotentials.com
You send an email with the current issues in your life and we respond by email with our thoughts and advice for moving forward.
Easy isn’t it!!! And like I said – it is not expensive.
Especially for what you will get.
One on one time with us – either by phone, skype or email. And we can help – we have helped many many people with their careers, marriages and life. Give us a try – you won’t be disappointed.

Welcome to Kristine’s BLOG
Hello and Welcome to my BLOG. I am a single Mom of three fairly good children and I run a very successful daycare from my home. I am on a continuous journey of self awareness and improvement – the eternal optimist that Mr. Right is just around the corner hiding behind that man the Universe sent me in order to teach me a valuable life lesson.
I am a high energy person who finds life very interesting and funny most of the time. I enjoy running and kickboxing, two very useful things to do in this new world of dating in my 40’s. I love body art but body piercings not so much. I am not a therapist – I merely have very funny and sometimes strange things happen to me. I hope my stories will amuse you or even make you laugh out loud!!

What we do with our life matters.
George Harrison knew this. He contributed so much in his short life and gave back to the world through his music, his charity - The Material World Foundation, and through the grace with which he lived and left this life.
Will people say the same wonderful things about us when we are gone? Will they talk about our legacy and the difference we made in other people’s lives. Will they talk like that about us because they are being nice or because we had really left behind a legacy to be proud of.
What we do with our life matters. I want you to really think about that simple, simple line because it is very profound and could change the way you think about how you live your life.
